Template entry — replace this with a real announcement

This entry exists to show the shape of a newsroom record: a slug used in the URL, an ISO date the list sorts on, a kind, a title, a one-sentence summary for the listing, and a body of paragraphs.

To publish a real announcement, add an object to NEWS_ENTRIES in src/app/content/newsroom.content.ts and delete this one. The listing page, the entry page, the sitemap and the page metadata all read from that array, so nothing else needs editing.

Slugs must be unique and URL-safe; a spec enforces both and will fail the build if two entries collide.
