Vatspray Corporation builds operating software for organizations. Our platform, AngelsPond, keeps identity, commerce, people and connections on a single shared record instead of four systems that each keep their own version of the truth.
What we build
Four systems, one record
Most organizations run on four systems that disagree.
Directory, finance, HR and partner access each hold their own copy of who someone is. The copies drift, and reconciling them becomes a standing job. We build the four as one.
Identity
Who someone is, which organization they belong to, and what they are allowed to do. Every other system reads from this one rather than keeping its own copy of the answer.
Commerce
Orders, payments, billing and the ledger underneath them. What was sold, what was owed, what was settled, and a record of each that survives the transaction.
People
Employment, membership, roles and profiles. The organization chart and the people directory stop being two documents that disagree by the end of the quarter.
Connections
The links between organizations — onboarding, invitations, shared access and the systems already in place that have to keep working.

Screens change and integrations get replaced. What has to survive is the record underneath — so we design it first and treat it as the thing we are accountable for.

Each domain owns its data and exposes it deliberately. That is what lets one part be replaced without the other three being rewritten alongside it.

AngelsPond is the platform Vatspray builds and operates. It covers identity and access, orders and payments, employment and membership, and the connections between organizations — on one record, under one set of permissions.
It is used by organizations that need those four things to agree with each other: who a person is, what they bought, what they are owed, and who they are allowed to act for.
